McKinsey & Company has a de-centralized structure, whereby different offices operate similarly, but independently. Each office is expected to put the overall organization's best interest before the office's, which McKinsey refers to as the "one firm" principle. Because of this organization McKinsey regards its mission, values and professional responsibilities as being very vital. I designed this series of three informational brochures on the subjects, as well as a folder to contain them. This "kit" was given to each new employee of the firm.
