McKinsey & Company, Inc. is an ever expanding global management consulting firm and would sometimes promote as many as one hundred of their employees to pincipals in one year's time. They wanted a periodical publication that would present photos and essays of their newly elected principals. I designed the format, masthead, layout grid, font choices and style guide for the publication and managed the layout and production of no less than ten issues.
